ChangeMakers is an after school enrichment program. Each 4-week session has a different focus, but all are designed to build self-esteem, resilience, and a positive mindset - the building blocks of happiness! Through team building activities, games, books, crafts, and discussion, children will be empowered to use their voice, find their brave and create change! Register >>
When you talk to your child you are wiring their inner voice. With a few strategic language shifts you will be on your way to raising a more confident and resilient kiddo. From commands vs. requests to praise vs. encouragement, you will leave empowered to choose words that make a positive impact on your child's development and confidence.
MORE SNUGGLES, FEWER STRUGGLES
The struggle is real. Every day can feel like moving from one struggle to the next: Put on your pants! Get in the car. You can't have a cookie now. And the dreaded, It's time for bed. Learn to use brain smart methods to guide your child to choose to cooperate more often.
TWEENS, SCREENS & SELF-ESTEEM
Screens are everywhere and they can be devastating to our kids' self-esteem and brain development. As much as parents try to limit screen time and keep an eye on online activities, our real hope is that our kids will make smart digital decisions for themselves.
Girls are bombarded daily by media messages and subtle (or not-so-subtle) social pressures. In this 4 hour workshop we'll develop strategies to filter these messages, build self-esteem and walk out feeling empowered!

WHO ARE WE?
What are your family's core values? Often we think we are clear with our children about what is most important to us, but what we say and what our kids hear are often very different! What if your children had a clear visual of what it meant to be a part of YOUR family?
